LEGAL DEFENCE

In any obligatory third-party public liability insurance that we have taken out to be able to drive a motor vehicle, we have free legal defence up to a limit set out in that policy; what does that mean?  If we have an accident with material damage and/or personal injuries and we want to hire a specific lawyer (instead of the insurance company’s own lawyer) to defend our interests, we have some money available that, once the process is complete and we have the lawyer’s invoice, we can claim and it will be duly reimbursed up to the limit contracted in the policy.
